			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nowadays, Cote d’Ivoire is said to be the most significant producer of cocoa beans all over the world. But in 2006 the situation has changed and oil and natural gas have become more essential than some other goods. The amount of money the country earned on cocoa and coffee represented $1.3 billion.</p>
<p>While talking about economic indicators we notice that services economic activities in Cote d’Ivoire contain over 50% of the whole indicator GDP. Cocoa is the most significant source of cash crop. Here we can name also sugar, cotton, sweet potatoes, rice and corn.</p>
<p>The distribution of natural gas is reported to be one of secondary economic activities. Among other industries power generation, ship building and repair, food items, timber products could be mentioned. Petroleum is the main export item in Cote d’Ivoire.</p>
<p>It has the primary trade partners of France, Nigeria, Germany and the USA.</p>
<p>Main economic indicators of Cote d’Ivoire are created of certain numbers. They include GDP (it was $32.85 billion in 2007), real growth rate of GDP (1.6%), annual revenue ($4.106 billion), export earning ($8.476 billion), and import earning ($5.932 billion). Oil consumption was 27,000 bbl; electricity consumption touched 2.9 billion kWh according to the statistics of 2007.</p>
